Location: United States (assigned territory); requires 50-60% travel

Compensation: $200,000 – $280,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of community bank prospects from scratch.
  • Engage prospects through outbound calls, emails, in-person bank visits, and industry conferences.
  • Lead consultative sales cycles to identify prospect pain points and position tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering to deliver high-impact, tailored product demonstrations.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through RFP responses and contract execution.
  • Maintain rigorous Salesforce CRM hygiene and provide accurate weekly and monthly forecasts.

Requirements

  • 7-8+ years of quota-bearing sales experience, specifically in community banking software or fintech.
  • Proven hunter mentality with a track record of new logo acquisition using personal networks.
  • Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles lasting 6-12+ months.
  • Ability to travel 50-60% within the assigned territory.
  • Executive presence and ability to build trust with bank CEOs, COOs, and CFOs.
  • 4-year undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling core banking platforms or similar systems.
  • Existing relationships within the community banking ecosystem.
