Compensation: $200,000 – $280,000 OTE

What you will do
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of community bank prospects from scratch.
- Engage prospects through outbound calls, emails, in-person bank visits, and industry conferences.
- Lead consultative sales cycles to identify prospect pain points and position tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering to deliver high-impact, tailored product demonstrations.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through RFP responses and contract execution.
- Maintain rigorous Salesforce CRM hygiene and provide accurate weekly and monthly forecasts.
Requirements
- 7-8+ years of quota-bearing sales experience, specifically in community banking software or fintech.
- Proven hunter mentality with a track record of new logo acquisition using personal networks.
- Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles lasting 6-12+ months.
- Ability to travel 50-60% within the assigned territory.
- Executive presence and ability to build trust with bank CEOs, COOs, and CFOs.
- 4-year undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
