Location: Hybrid in Los Angeles, CA (expectation of three days per week in the office)

Salary: $95,000 – $110,000

What you will do

• Administer US employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, 401k) and manage the TriNet PEO relationship.
• Own the EOR relationship for Canadian employees to ensure compliance with provincial laws and payroll obligations.
• Maintain SAP SuccessFactors for the North American population, ensuring data integrity for employee records and compensation.
• Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations, performance management, and formal investigations.
• Advise business leaders on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and organizational design initiatives.
• Directly manage and mentor a People & Culture Advisor based in São Paulo.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR or People & Culture experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Deep expertise in US benefits administration and hands-on experience with TriNet or a comparable PEO platform.
• Strong knowledge of California and federal US employment law, as well as Canadian provincial standards.
• Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms.
• Experience managing Employer of Record (EOR) relationships.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Psychology.
