What you will do

• Partner with ER and Employment Law teams on company-wide policy, training, and employment-related compliance.
• Track and manage global employment compliance and government reporting obligations across all operating countries.
• Coordinate required trainings, track attendance, and maintain auditable records.
• Collaborate with People Technology to support Workday Learning integration and adoption.
• Standardize and maintain key employee documentation, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and policies.
• Manage and triage employee concerns raised through various company channels.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in HR, Employment Law, Employee Relations, or People Operations.
• Foundational understanding of employee relations and HR compliance for global populations.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Résumé/CV must be written in English.
