What you will do

• Own and optimize core people operations workflows including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
• Collaborate with leadership to design and execute structured 30/60/90-day onboarding plans for new hires.
• Manage HR systems and tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Justworks, and Carta.
• Support performance management cycles and annual review processes.
• Maintain business documentation, contracts, and assist with broader operational recordkeeping.
• Ensure operational readiness and system access for all employees across distributed teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or related operational roles.
• Proven experience managing onboarding and offboarding in fast-paced startup environments.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR operational best practices.
• Experience administering employee benefits, open enrollment, and HR documentation.
• Familiarity with HR systems like Justworks, Carta, and workplace tools like Notion and Slack.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with high discretion and professionalism.

• Experience working at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
• Background supporting operations in infrastructure or AI technology companies.
• Experience building onboarding documentation and operational processes from scratch.
• Exposure to equity administration including RSUs and vesting workflows.
