Location: Remote (Austria, Canada, Germany, Italy, Spain)

Salary: $99,000 – $147,000 CAD (Canada base)

What you will do

  • Lead and evolve the global People Services operating model across the Americas and EU.
  • Build and develop a globally aligned People Operations team to enable scalable support.
  • Partner with People Tech to execute a technology roadmap involving ticketing, automation, and self-service tools.
  • Leverage AI to improve efficiency and establish standards for its usage in HR.
  • Own People Services metrics and SLAs to drive continuous operational improvement.
  • Oversee global HR compliance and multi-jurisdictional reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of People Operations or HR Shared Services experience.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams of HR professionals.
  • Experience leading People Operations across multiple regions or jurisdictions.
  • Hands-on experience with HR tech transformation (e.g., Jira Service Management, ServiceNow) and AI/chatbot deployment.
  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll administration.
  • Solid working knowledge of HR compliance and employment standards across at least two jurisdictions (Canadian and/or EU strongly preferred).
