What you will do
- Drive regional revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and sales performance using Salesforce and Strategic Selling methodologies.
- Identify customer challenges and deliver tailored solutions across the portfolio to increase win rates and account expansion.
- Analyze customer trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to optimize engagement strategies.
- Build multi-level and executive relationships with customers and distribution partners.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to deliver business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of B2B or solution-based sales experience with a proven record of exceeding targets.
- Expertise in Strategic Selling, Account Planning, Funnel Management, and Salesforce CRM.
- Strong technical, commercial, and operational acumen to operate within assigned verticals.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Fluent in English at a business professional level.
