Salary: $95,717 - $143,576 Annually

What you will do

  • Maintain executive-level relationships with large and small shipyard organizations, Marine OEMs, and contractors globally.
  • Drive profitability through strategic account management and new business development to expand product sets internationally.
  • Develop and execute complex supply chain solutions across multiple sites, regions, and theaters.
  • Negotiate governmental program and commercial contracts, master supply agreements, and master contractual agreements.
  • Lead the development and execution of Strategic Account Plans to increase customer wallet-share.
  • Represent the company at Marine and Shipbuilding industry conferences and tradeshows.

Requirements

  • Must be a US applicant.
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in outside sales or global account management.
  • Experience managing large and complex marine new build or refit programs.
  • Proven track record of maintaining and developing executive-level relationships.
  • Ability to travel 25% - 50%.
  • High School Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or Engineering preferred.
