TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000

What you will do

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term account strategies focused on growth, profitability, and risk management.
  • Manage annual sales, margin, and volume results for assigned accounts.
  • Lead pricing and margin strategy, including customer negotiations using value-based selling.
  • Drive new business growth through structured prospecting and development of strategic opportunities.
  • Collaborate with R&D, technical service, and marketing to support trials and commercialization.
  • Partner with distribution partners to align strategies and drive joint growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industrial sales experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Proven ability to proactively engage customers and deliver results in a growth-oriented environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and quickly develop technical product knowledge.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, mechanical, chemistry, or marketing-related field.
  • Experience in rubber-to-substrate bonding, rubber compounding, or adhesives and sealants markets.
  • Demonstrated success managing strategic accounts and complex negotiations.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.
