What you will do

• Produce a high volume of reactive content, including TikToks, mini-mockumentaries, and energy explainers.
• Monitor internet trends, sounds, and cultural flashpoints to create timely and viral memes.
• Pitch and execute new content formats and angles proactively without waiting for briefs.
• Track brand mentions and social trends using listening tools like Brandwatch.
• Collaborate with the Community Management team to handle complex customer interactions.
• Use data and analytics to test content performance and iterate on strategies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience creating content for a brand's social channels.
• Proficiency in video production and editing (Adobe Suite is a plus).
• Experience with social listening tools such as Brandwatch.
• Ability to create graphic designs, stories, and thumbnails.
• Deep understanding of internet culture and viral mechanics (chronically online).
• Ability to work from the London HQ on a hybrid basis.
