What you will do

• Ideate, script, and storyboard engaging social-first lo-fi content tailored to client objectives and platform audiences.
• Write sharp, on-brand captions, hooks, and reactive editorial copy to drive engagement.
• Shoot and edit lo-fi content using mobile-first creative approaches and lightweight setups.
• Create compelling pitches and presentations in Google Slides and PowerPoint for clients and new business.
• Collaborate with editorial, design, production, and strategy teams to deliver high-quality social assets.
• Manage and mentor small teams of community managers and social creatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating and managing social content with a strong portfolio (TikTok/Instagram focus).
• Deep passion for internet culture, global trends, and platform-native storytelling.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency.
• Experience managing direct reports with a focus on guidance and team development.
