What you will do

• Analyze client briefs to define product positioning, target audience, and KPIs.
• Conduct competitor research across TikTok, Reels, and various ad libraries.
• Write approximately 25 production-ready scripts per week for short-form video ads.
• Source visual references and guide the overall creative direction.
• Supervise editors and motion designers to ensure scripts are executed accurately.
• QA final creatives for quality, brand alignment, and compliance with the original brief.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in performance creative production or content strategy.
• Deep understanding of mobile app marketing and short-form video conversion drivers.
• Organic familiarity with TikTok and Instagram Reels content and trends.
• Ability to write clear, concise scripts suited for high-volume production.
• Strong attention to detail for rigorous QA of creatives.

Nice to have

• Experience working within a creative or performance marketing agency.
• Proficiency with ad spy tools such as MobileAction, AppFollow, or Meta Ad Library.
• Basic understanding of video production workflows, including editing and motion graphics.
• Experience writing scripts across various verticals like games, fintech, health, or utilities.
