What you will do
- Actively engage with trending content on social platforms, primarily TikTok.
- Conduct daily keyword searches and content sweeps to identify real-time engagement opportunities.
- Monitor, engage with, and reshare user-generated content (UGC) and influencer posts.
- Collaborate with the social creative team to amplify brand reach via Instagram Stories.
- Perform social listening to monitor sentiment and escalate potential risks or negative comments.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, culture, and tone of voice.
- Proven experience in community management, ideally within a fast-paced agency.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for creating engaging real-time copy.
- Ability to manage multiple client voices and adapt tones across different platforms.
- Must be based in London to support the hybrid office requirement.
