What you will do

  • Own day-to-day operations of LinkedIn and Instagram, including scheduling, publishing, and community management.
  • Collaborate with Content Producer and Lead to execute the content calendar and maintain high quality.
  • Ghostwrite and sequence strategic content for executives to build their personal brands.
  • Analyze performance metrics to refine organic growth strategies and platform-specific approaches.
  • Research and launch new social channels such as TikTok, YouTube, and podcasts as the brand scales.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in social media with a proven track record of channel growth.
  • Expertise in short-form copywriting and platform-native content creation.
  • Proven experience ghostwriting for senior executives.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to build autonomous syshirify.globals.
  • Fluent AI user with the ability to apply AI tools with critical judgment.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B or technically complex industries.
  • Ability to brief and shape short-form video content.
  • Experience launching new social channels from scratch.
