What you will do

• Produce social-first creative for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, optimizing assets for organic growth.
• Lead the end-to-end production of shoots, ranging from lo-fi to high-production quality.
• Pitch and develop original ideas, reacting quickly to cultural moments and platform trends.
• Bring football and boxing partnerships to life through high-quality, engaging content.
• Own the production of headline influencer campaigns from ideation to publishing.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to deliver assets for paid social campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end social content creation with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools such as Adobe Suite or CapCut.
• Deep understanding of engagement drivers on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Experience leading production elements of content shoots and confidence behind the camera.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work hybridly from the St Albans office.
