What you will do

• Successfully onboard venues onto the hirify.global platform, ensuring an optimal and speedy process.
• Build relationships with venue partners, providing training on system usage and updates.
• Conduct quality and satisfaction checks to ensure partners reach high service standards.
• Use collected user data to help venue partners develop and grow their business.
• Maintain the menu platform to ensure text and visuals reflect the hirify.global brand.
• Collaborate with the onboarding team to share best practices and handle urgent cases.

Requirements

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Polish.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for working with diverse groups of people.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and service-oriented mindset.
• Logical problem-solving skills with a bias for action and impact.
• Experience in support, administration, or office management is a plus.
