Location: Hybrid. Must live within commuting distance of New York City, Los Angeles, or San Francisco hubs
Salary: $113K – $155K + Equity

What you will do
- Develop and nurture early seller relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and business consultant.
- Manage a pipeline of high-growth sellers and implement strategies for sustainable adoption and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share seller insights and advocate for needs that unlock revenue.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to diagnose seller issues and make actionable recommendations.
- Test and iterate on new tactics and playbooks to accelerate seller growth.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing or revenue-driving role where trust and urgency are critical.
- Strong selling, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills.
- Analytical judgment to spot patterns and translate data into clear next steps.
- High ownership and resourcefulness, with a bias toward action in ambiguous environments.
- Must be based within commuting distance of NYC, LA, or SF hubs.
- AI-forward working habits to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Nice to have
- Experience working with creators, merchants, brands, or small businesses.
- Track record of growing revenue, retention, engagement, or adoption for partners.
- Experience building CS or sales playbooks within a startup environment.
- Previous ownership of a book of business or seller cohort with measurable growth goals.
