What you will do

• Onboard, retain, and grow a network of engaged courier partners.
• Monitor and manage daily courier supply to ensure timely delivery operations.
• Coordinate with fleet companies to align supply with demand forecasts.
• Track and analyze courier supply KPIs to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Create and optimize scalable processes to support operational growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other operations teams for day-to-day execution.
