What you will do

• Own the resolution of operational and tactical issues for a set of clients from start to finish.
• Coordinate solutions across logistics, client support, live operations, and technology functions.
• Manage client network expansions and new volume in existing markets.
• Participate in regular client reviews, including weekly calls and QBRs.
• Act as an internal advocate for clients by eliciting and communicating feedback.
• Improve internal processes and maximize productivity using AI tools.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or similar college-level education.
• 4+ years of professional experience in operations, customer success, or logistics, ideally within a digital/tech startup.
• Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia (Hybrid).
• Operational knowledge of last-mile parcel delivery.
• High emotional intelligence with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and solve challenges using a data-informed approach.
