What you will do

• Proactively collect outstanding driver debts and optimize recovery processes within the platform.
• Oversee internal controls for route tracking, chargebacks, and financial processes.
• Manage weekly and monthly settlements with finance and product teams to ensure accurate month-end closures.
• Support driver connection processes, quality assurance, and fraud prevention.
• Analyze company debts and monitor trends to identify and bridge operational gaps.
• Collaborate across departments to lead debt prevention projects and provide stakeholder updates.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of driver-related operational issues.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and creative thinking.
• Proficient in English.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or financial field (advantage).

• Experience working with SAP and Salesforce.
