What you will do

• Drive fulfillment rates by identifying and closing supply-demand gaps.
• Optimize professional utilization and reduce unfulfillment rates week over week.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy and speed to increase satisfaction scores.
• Maintain accurate reporting on utilization, unfulfillment, and quality metrics.
• Conduct outbound quality-grading calls and contribute to operational efficiency projects.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in operations or customer support, preferably in a startup environment.
• Fluent Arabic and solid working English for daily customer communication.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Availability to work a 6-day shift pattern.

Nice to have

• Experience in the service industry or on-demand marketplace business.
