What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth and market expansion within the assigned territory through effective account planning.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clinicians and key stakeholders.
  • Deliver clinical training, education, and product support, including managing trials and evaluations.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
  • Provide strategic insights and updates to the National Sales Manager.
  • Support tendering, regulatory, and marketing activities as required.

Requirements

  • Strong clinical or technical knowledge within critical care settings.
  • Professional background as a Clinical Account Manager, Critical Care Nurse, Operating Department Practitioner (ODP), or Cardiac Technician.
  • Ability to deliver training and presentations confidently.
  • Excellent organisational and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
  • Ability to work in a field-based, customer-facing capacity in the Derby region.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the medical device or healthcare commercial environment.
  • Understanding of NHS procurement and tender processes.
  • Established network of clinical stakeholders within the territory.
