What you will do

  • Act as the primary contact for the GTM team to triage and prioritize material and asset requests.
  • Produce and maintain a comprehensive library of sales materials, including pitch decks, vertical datasheets, and proposal templates.
  • Manage and steward the brand asset library, ensuring visual consistency and brand integrity across all deliverables.
  • Execute NetSuite alliance co-marketing requirements, including portal management and compliance.
  • Coordinate design and production timelines to ensure materials are delivered on time and on brand.
  • Maintain project tracking and reporting within established project management systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or business.
  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, or marketing operations.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proficiency in design production tools such as Canva, Adobe InDesign/Illustrator, or Figma.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Smartsheet, ClickUp, or Monday.

Nice to have

  • Experience with partner or alliance marketing programs.
  • Direct experience within the NetSuite ecosystem.
