What you will do

• Develop and refine market positioning and messaging to attract skeptical contractors across all surfaces.
• Drive demand generation through events, LinkedIn, communities, and strategic partnerships.
• Build a customer marketing engine focusing on case studies, testimonials, and advocate programs.
• Create and optimize high-converting marketing artifacts, including the homepage and sales decks.
• Execute the 0→1 stage of marketing plays personally before scaling them with budget and hires.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the US, specifically within Pacific or Central time zones.
• Exceptional communication and copywriting skills with a high bar for visual and written quality.
• Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed GTM decisions.
• Proven experience in early-stage startups or a strong background in consulting, finance, or ops.
• Strong self-reliance and ability to operate as an individual contributor initially.
• English: World-class proficiency required.
