What you will do
- Manage logistical and administrative tasks for L3 Production, L3 Broadcast & Media Systems Technical Operator, and L4 Post Production Technical Operator schemes.
- Maintain comprehensive learning records and progress reports for all apprentices and trainees.
- Act as the primary point of contact and problem solver for learners' pastoral support and advice.
- Liaise with internal Team Leaders and external Education/Learning Providers to manage scheme requirements.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Outreach teams on recruitment, assessment, and talent attraction initiatives.
- Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of the apprenticeship schemes.
Requirements
- Strong project management and organizational skills, including budgeting and performance reporting.
- Proficiency in administrative systems and Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be based in or able to work from one of the specified UK hubs.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of policies, safeguarding, and health and safety guidelines.
- Experience in mentoring or developing young talent.
- Technical understanding of apprenticeship frameworks and the challenges facing young professionals.
- Experience in event management.
- Awareness of future technology trends in Production and Technical Operations.
