TL;DR
Director, Global Provider GTM (Marketplace): Building and driving consistent go-to-market strategies and initiatives for all provider-related investments with an accent on unified communication, policy execution, and supply-side growth. Focus on architecting repeatable GTM frameworks, aligning executive stakeholders, and scaling provider development pathways across global markets.
Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain. This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence in the Barcelona office at least two days per week (Mondays and Thursdays).

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end global positioning, messaging, and channel strategy for provider product roadmaps.
- Architect structured, repeatable go-to-market frameworks from scratch for supply-side initiatives.
- Lead a team of provider GTM, communications, and community leaders based in Barcelona.
- Develop a unified communications strategy including voice, segmentation, and governance.
- Partner with Product, Data Science, and International teams to ensure cohesive policy and development execution.
- Define and measure provider sentiment, feedback, and success metrics to drive operational improvements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, B2C GTM, product management, or consulting in marketplace/platform contexts.
- 5+ years in people management or leadership roles, including managing managers.
- English: C2 level required (official company language).
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona for hybrid work.
- Proven ability to partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams on shared roadmaps.
- Analytical rigor with experience using tools like Mode and Excel to model and measure impact.
Nice to have
- Experience in online marketplaces (gig economy, services, mobility, or creator platforms).
- Demonstrated track record of building supply-side marketplace ecosystems at scale.
- Experience designing policy, enforcement, or trust frameworks for independent providers.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Economics.
