Compensation: €4,600 - €5,450 Gross + stock options

What you will do

• Lead and prioritize Product Ops initiatives, acting as the primary entry point for the CPO.
• Design and drive adoption of major cross-team process changes across Product, Design, and Analytics.
• Manage central coordination for quarterly planning, goal decomposition, and metrics alignment.
• Develop shared frameworks and decision templates to improve clarity and consistency.
• Implement AI automation within product workflows to create operational leverage.
• Manage and develop a small, growing Product Ops team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in process design within a product or tech environment.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Strong metrics-driven approach to track process adoption and satisfaction.
• Fluency in AI tools for automating workflows and improving operational efficiency.
• Fluent English (C1+) and Russian required.
• 2–3 years of experience in People Management.
• Must be based in Spain.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of product discovery, prioritization, and roadmap trade-offs.
• Experience with OKR frameworks and company-wide goal alignment.
• Background in program management or product operations.
• Comfort working in a fast-scaling environment.
