Account Manager (Travel)

Location: Remote position open to candidates based in Belgium; approximately 60% of working time may involve business trips.

Travel-tech business developing and distributing travel products across more than 220 markets through multiple travel brands.

What you will do

• Expand and consolidate the company's presence in the assigned Belgian territory.
• Maintain and develop relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, and OTAs.
• Collaborate with sales to identify and grow commercial opportunities.
• Train existing and new partners on the system and present products at industry events.
• Handle partner support, incident issues, payment controls, and CRM reporting.
• Develop API deals and provide market and competitive analysis.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of successful account management or business development experience in B2B travel.
• In-depth knowledge of the Belgian regional travel market and B2B travel networks.
• Fluent English, Dutch (Flemish), and French required.
• Availability for up to 60% business travel.
• Data-driven approach, strong analytical skills, and confidence working with numbers.
• Experience with API technology deals and CRM systems.
