What you will do

• Facilitate comprehensive sales development and apprenticeship training initiatives.
• Conduct skill-based assessments, role-plays, and provide targeted coaching to identify and close skill gaps.
• Monitor performance metrics for revenue trainees and implement corrective training interventions.
• Review Salesforce data and customer interactions to ensure policy compliance and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to align training programs with evolving business requirements.
• Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital platforms for training delivery and reporting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales, sales management, or sales quality control.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel), Gmail, Google Docs, and standard web browsers.
• Strong statistical analysis and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening abilities.
