What you will do

• Design scalable training programs that support business goals and customer outcomes.
• Develop customer onboarding programs and on-camera instructional videos to accelerate time to value.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions and webinars for customers and internal teams.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to assess learning needs and coordinate resources.
• Maintain and update training content to align with product updates and customer workflows.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, completion rates, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of customer service, customer success, or training experience in a SaaS business.
• 2+ years of experience creating and delivering training, onboarding, or certification programs.
• 2+ years of experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) to design and deliver training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting to live and virtual audiences.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Intellum.
• Experience creating accessible learning content, including captions, transcripts, and inclusive design.
