What you will do

  • Facilitate onboarding and training programs for Junior and Senior Account Executives in an onsite classroom environment.
  • Deliver engaging sessions on mortgage systems, loan products, workflows, and industry best practices.
  • Lead hands-on system training, roleplays, and exercises to reinforce learning and build trainee confidence.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and ongoing support throughout the onboarding and ramp-up process.
  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure training aligns with operational expectations and business needs.
  • Monitor trainee progress and provide performance feedback to leadership.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work onsite full-time in Atlanta, GA.
  • 2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry with strong knowledge of processes, terminology, and systems.
  • 3+ years of experience facilitating training, onboarding, or employee development programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, communication, or a related field.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with mortgage-related platforms.
