LoanIQ Trainer (Fintech)

TL;DR

LoanIQ Trainer (Fintech): Designing and delivering instructor-led training for LoanIQ system adoption within Wholesale Lending Operations with an accent on lending operations workflows and role-based learning content. Focus on developing training materials, configuring practice labs, and supporting AFS-to-LoanIQ conversion processes.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Charlotte, NC; Roanoke, VA; or Irving, TX). Work schedule: 3 days/week in office (Tue-Thu), Mon and Fri WFH.

What you will do

• Design and deliver instructor-led LoanIQ training sessions for Operations users.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, job aids, and knowledge checks.
• Create role-based training content and real-world practice lab scenarios aligned to business processes.
• Configure training and test environments to enable hands-on learning.
• Partner with business and operations teams to support procedure creation and reviews.
• Ensure training content aligns with current processes, enhancements, and conversion requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of LoanIQ experience with strong functional knowledge of lending operations workflows.
• Proven experience delivering system training for lending platforms.
• Ability to explain complex processes and system functionality to end users.
• Experience developing training materials and structured learning content.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Must be eligible to work on a W-2 basis only (No C2C or 1099).

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AFS to LoanIQ conversions or similar system migrations.
• Background in Lending Operations (servicing, booking, payments, or loan maintenance).
• Experience working in UAT/test environments.
