Location: Remote (Americas or EMEA)

Salary: $180,000 + Equity

hirify.global removes the headaches of building and scaling in‑app subscriptions for mobile apps, serving as the default monetization platform for mobile developers.

What you will do

  • Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the platform.
  • Act as a growth advisor by analyzing customer data and providing strategic perspectives to increase their revenue.
  • Propose actionable growth tactics and develop educational collateral such as live workshops and written guides.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to communicate customer needs and influence product development and direction.
  • Track and report on key success metrics, specifically focusing on NPS and Net Revenue Retention.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Americas or EMEA regions.
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, marketing, growth, sales, or account management.
  • Experience with mobile app businesses or a strong interest in becoming an expert in this domain.
  • Ability to analyze customer data to provide actionable insights and measure success.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in early-stage startups or environments with minimal established processes.
