What you will do
- Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the platform.
- Act as a growth advisor by analyzing customer data and providing strategic perspectives to increase their revenue.
- Propose actionable growth tactics and develop educational collateral such as live workshops and written guides.
- Collaborate with the Product team to communicate customer needs and influence product development and direction.
- Track and report on key success metrics, specifically focusing on NPS and Net Revenue Retention.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Americas or EMEA regions.
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, marketing, growth, sales, or account management.
- Experience with mobile app businesses or a strong interest in becoming an expert in this domain.
- Ability to analyze customer data to provide actionable insights and measure success.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in early-stage startups or environments with minimal established processes.
