What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of pricing strategies aligned with business goals and market dynamics.
• Create data-driven recommendations and value-based pricing models using competitive insights and customer feedback.
• Partner with product, sales, and finance teams to align on pricing decisions and discount strategies.
• Train and communicate pricing strategy and price points to deal desk and sales teams.
• Monitor price performance and provide recommendations for ongoing strategic improvement.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are met on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in B2B software/SaaS pricing strategy.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including proficiency in Excel.
• Experience using data to drive strategic business decisions.
• Ability to present complex pricing concepts to senior leadership.
• Must be based in the US.
