What you will do

• Own and govern the list pricing architecture, ensuring rates are consistent, margin-positive, and defensible.
• Design and evolve product packaging and monetization models (seat-based, consumption-based, etc.) to align with customer buying patterns.
• Build and maintain a rigorous competitive intelligence program focusing on pricing and positioning of rivals like Snyk, Veracode, and Checkmarx.
• Develop and maintain the customer segmentation framework and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Analyze gaps between the company's pricing model and customer buying preferences to reduce sales friction.
• Partner with Product, Finance, and Sales leadership to provide deal-level guidance and inform annual planning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in pricing strategy or revenue strategy within enterprise SaaS.
• Demonstrated ownership of list pricing, including rate card design and pricing governance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build pricing models and margin analyses in Excel.
• Proven experience translating quantitative research into executive-ready recommendations.
• Ability to operate as a high-impact individual contributor in a cross-functional environment.
• Must be based in the US or Canada

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or application security markets.
• Proficiency in Salesforce for data extraction and segmentation analysis.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
