What you will do

• Plan and execute pricing and GTM monetization initiatives for new product launches.
• Coordinate reporting of commercial initiatives and track adoption using financial and product metrics.
• Identify and manage complex cross-functional dependencies and business processes.
• Execute contingency planning to mitigate risks during product launches.
• Facilitate alignment with senior stakeholders and GTM/Field teams to ensure corporate consistency.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Product Launch Management, Product Marketing, or Pricing Strategy.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no immigration sponsorship available.
• Deep understanding of monetization frameworks, value-based pricing, and tiering strategies.
• Proven mastery of New Product Introduction (NPI) and GTM commercial readiness processes.
• Proficiency in building executive-ready dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Strong capability to interpret complex financial data and product usage metrics.
