Salary: $206,000–$316,000

What you will do

• Partner with product leadership to define and execute monetization strategies for diverse customer segments.
• Drive pricing and packaging programs to accelerate revenue growth and optimize market positioning.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of pricing initiatives from concept through testing to launch.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research to assess customer willingness to pay and validate strategic hypotheses.
• Establish pricing frameworks and governance models to ensure scalability across the product portfolio.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and executive stakeholders to align strategies with corporate objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in pricing and monetization strategy for Enterprise SaaS or Infrastructure companies.
• Proven expertise in SaaS pricing strategy within IT Operations, Security, and Risk/Compliance domains.
• Strong foundation in finance and data analytics with proficiency in Excel, Domo, and Big Query.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to influence senior executives.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively in a high-growth environment.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity at one of the specified US office locations.
