Salary: $255,000 - $383,000 Total Target Cash

What you will do

  • Design and lead a comprehensive strategy to introduce hirify.global to new enterprise businesses in a strategic territory.
  • Manage end-to-end complex sales cycles, aligning stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Marketing lines of business.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by conducting discovery and presenting customized solutions to guide customers toward high-impact outcomes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and leadership to ensure customer success.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue goals by solving critical data problems for large-scale clients.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue impact, generating >$1M in ARR.
  • Experience partnering with large, complex organizations (typically 1,500+ employees and $50M+ in revenue).
  • Ability to learn complex technical concepts and translate data into compelling narratives.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Big Data, Analytics, or MarTech sectors.
