What you will do

• Configure and troubleshoot SSO (SAML, OIDC), SCIM/JIT provisioning, and MCP connectors across major IdPs like Okta, Entra ID, and Google Workspace.
• Lead technical working sessions with customer IT and security leads, including CISOs at F500 scale.
• Partner with AI Security Specialists to address regulated customer security reviews (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP).
• Diagnose and resolve identity edge cases, such as broken SAML assertions and misconfigured SCIM attribute maps, live on calls.
• Author Deployment Runbooks and scalable playbooks to standardize the implementation process.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Technical Account Management, Solution Architecture, or Technical Consulting.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise identity integration (SAML, OIDC, SCIM v2) across at least two major IdPs.
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent enterprise deployments at F500 scale.
• Strong technical communication skills to explain trade-offs to security executives without jargon.
• Working knowledge of enterprise security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP).
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Prior experience at an enterprise SaaS or AI/LLM vendor with heavy admin/IdP surface.
• Exposure to agentic systems and familiarity with Claude-specific concepts like Skills, MCP, and Plugins.
• Experience partnering with SI / GSI delivery partners.
