What you will do

• Manage $50M+ portfolios of complex, high-profile technology programs for government missions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to SVPs and government leadership to drive cross-functional alignment and consensus.
• Develop strategic program plans, business cases, and milestones from inception through delivery.
• Design KPI dashboards and reporting metrics to drive executive decision-making.
• Support government partners through the full lifecycle from initial opportunity identification to long-term program evolution.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in technology program management, IT operations, or government mission support.
• U.S. Citizenship Required due to government security clearance requirements.
• Proven track record of managing infrastructure modernization and platform automation in mission-critical environments.
• Deep understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS) and internet security (DDoS mitigation, Firewalls, TLS, VPNs).
• Knowledge of Zero-Trust/SASE concepts and major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience operating in highly regulated or classified environments with understanding of government security frameworks.

Nice to have

• Advanced networking skills: BGP routing, GRE, SD-WAN, MPLS, or Global Traffic Management.
• Experience with HTTP reverse/forward proxies (WAF, CDN, Secure Web Gateway) and serverless development.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, FedRAMP, GDPR, PCI DSS, or SOC-2.
• Technical skills in mobile platform administration or scripting (JavaScript, Python, Golang, BASH).
