What you will do

• Manage the delivery of IT infrastructure projects and change requests within data centers.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Manage risks and dependencies in live production environments.
• Maintain clear operational documentation, including plans, risk logs, and issue trackers.
• Lead communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and escalating blockers.
• Collaborate with data center engineers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data center infrastructure operations, preferably in AI or high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
• Solid understanding of data center design, including racking, cabling, power planning, and cooling.
• Hands-on experience working with IT hardware in data centers.
• Experience in project delivery, team management, and cross-team collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical and workflow issues.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with project management frameworks such as PRINCE2, PMI, or Agile.
• Relevant technical certifications.
• In-depth technical knowledge of GPU servers, compute nodes, and high-speed networking.
