What you will do

• Oversee field operations and workforce planning to ensure seamless project deployment.
• Manage installation and maintenance operations to meet high-performance standards.
• Lead project delivery meetings to track progress and resolve operational challenges.
• Guide teams to execute projects on time, within budget, and according to technical specifications.
• Manage regional resources including personnel, vehicles, trailers, inventory, and equipment.
• Perform cost analysis and risk assessments to provide actionable recommendations for project optimization.

Requirements

• Strong leadership abilities in guiding teams through complex project execution.
• Proficiency in managing field installation and maintenance operations.
• Solid understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) processes and company policy compliance.
• Adept analytical skills for conducting cost analysis and project estimation.
• Ability to perform professional Risk Assessments and report on identified risks.
• Work authorization and presence in the USA (San Antonio or DC/VA/MD region)
