What you will do

• Manage multiple IT field service projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate hardware deployments, network installations, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure satisfaction and clear communication.
• Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables using management tools.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a hands-on Project Manager for technical projects.
• Experience with Cisco's product line (Routing, Switching, Security, and Unified Communications).
• Proven ability to drive projects within defined budgets and timelines.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Must be based in the United States.
