What you will do

• Lead daily operations, stand-ups, and working sessions to align support teams on priorities and issue resolution.
• Manage escalation trackers to improve routing accuracy and reduce handoffs across Tier 1-3 support teams.
• Coordinate .NET and Java application support escalations to ensure clear ownership and timely follow-up.
• Develop and deliver consolidated performance metrics and executive-ready reporting on ticket trends and service performance.
• Leverage and champion AI tools to streamline tasks and improve work quality across the team.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, mentorship, and coaching for distributed technical consultants.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (C2C not available).
• Must be available to work during Central Time Zone business hours.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Experience with ITIL-based processes and tools such as ServiceNow or Cherwell.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate distributed teams.
• Consultative approach to aligning digital solutions with business goals.
