What you will do

  • Establish and lead key customer relationships to ensure business renewals and account health.
  • Lead sales efforts for targeted account areas using a consultative B2B SaaS approach.
  • Develop business cases incorporating the voice of the customer to support solution development.
  • Manage high-level negotiations, pricing, and customer contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the New Product Innovations (NPI) team to build tailored solutions.
  • Represent the company at key customer meetings and sponsored events.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional customer interaction experience.
  • 5+ years in client-facing, B2B SaaS solution selling.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Work authorization for the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, Staffing, or managing large Enterprise Accounts.
  • Proven ability to partner with and influence the agendas of multiple C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience driving significant revenue growth with highly complex strategic clients.
  • Exceptional public speaking and oral communication skills.
