What you will do
- Establish and lead key customer relationships to ensure business renewals and account health.
- Lead sales efforts for targeted account areas using a consultative B2B SaaS approach.
- Develop business cases incorporating the voice of the customer to support solution development.
- Manage high-level negotiations, pricing, and customer contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the New Product Innovations (NPI) team to build tailored solutions.
- Represent the company at key customer meetings and sponsored events.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional customer interaction experience.
- 5+ years in client-facing, B2B SaaS solution selling.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Work authorization for the United States.

- Experience in SaaS, Staffing, or managing large Enterprise Accounts.
- Proven ability to partner with and influence the agendas of multiple C-level stakeholders.
- Experience driving significant revenue growth with highly complex strategic clients.
- Exceptional public speaking and oral communication skills.
