Location: Hybrid: Must be based in New York City (Chelsea office, 4 days/week)

Salary: $130K – $155K + Equity

What you will do

• Own and lead product experiments across activation, onboarding, and retention.
• Define critical growth metrics and build a measurement foundation to drive product decisions.
• Ship features and flows that transition users from trial to long-term reliance.
• Translate direct user feedback from Healthcare Advocates into actionable product hypotheses.
• Partner with marketing on acquisition strategy and optimize the product surfaces supporting those channels.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a Product Management role.
• Proven track record of shipping products within a B2C growth context.
• Strong analytics foundation, including proficiency in SQL and behavioral data analysis.
• Experience designing experiments that produce usable and actionable conclusions.
• Comfort scoping your own work in an ambiguous, early-stage environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer products where trust and friction are critical, specifically in healthcare or fintech.
• Familiarity with AI-powered product experiences.
• Early-stage startup experience (Series B or earlier).
