Senior Product Manager (MarTech)

Compensation: $150,000 – $187,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Define and own the MarTech stack, including automation, attribution, lifecycle, and experimentation infrastructure.
• Lead the web growth strategy, including CMS, landing pages, and deep-linking to streamline the customer journey.
• Act as the connective tissue between Engineering, Data, and Marketing to ensure efficient execution.
• Drive rapid web experimentation by building and maintaining frameworks to test growth hypotheses.
• Stay ahead of AdTech evolution and privacy changes to provide clear guidance on risks and opportunities.
• Make build vs buy decisions, including vendor selection and integration management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in MarTech and Product Management, preferably in a high-volume B2C environment.
• Deep domain expertise in analytics and attribution platforms like AppsFlyer, Braze, Firebase, or Amplitude.
• Strong command of iOS tracking and measurement frameworks, including SKAdNetwork.
• Expertise in SQL and data analysis, with a strong analytical hunter mindset.
• Proven ability to align diverse stakeholders across product, engineering, and operations.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).

Nice to have

• Fintech industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Fluency in Python or R.
• Experience applying AI to real product work, such as workflow automation or data analysis.
