What you will do

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for technical platform capabilities.
• Manage and refine the product backlog to align with mission value and stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business owners to clarify scope and release priorities.
• Translate complex interoperability and workflow requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
• Coordinate with engineering and QA teams to ensure product increments meet quality and business objectives.
• Engage government stakeholders to capture feedback and support product adoption.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or technical program delivery.
• Must reside within the continental US.
• Experience managing backlogs and roadmaps in Agile environments, preferably SAFe.
• Experience with APIs, integration platforms, or healthcare data exchange.
• Ability to obtain a Government clearance.
• Strong communication skills for briefing leadership and facilitating stakeholder discussions.

Nice to have

• Experience with federal contracting or Department of Veterans Affairs programs.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards like FHIR, HL7, or TEFCA.
• SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner certification.
• Background in platform modernization or cloud transformation.
