What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to launch and scale the Indy Agency Program in the French market.
- Build and maintain strong C-level relationships with key stakeholders at independent advertising agencies.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and upselling 's advertising products.
- Educate agencies on platform best practices through workshops, training sessions, and scaled programs.
- Collaborate with internal Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
- Track and report on key performance metrics to provide actionable insights for growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, specifically in agency sales or business development within the French market.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic and performance marketing.
- Ability to work onsite in Paris 4+ days per week.
