What you will do

  • Generate, develop, and manage a strong pipeline for network and security solutions by qualifying customer opportunities.
  • Collaborate with account teams to define and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customers, prospects, and partners to drive long-term value.
  • Identify customer business needs and position tailored networking and security offerings.
  • Translate complex technical solutions into clear business value for clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in network solution sales or a deep understanding of the network market.
  • Solid technical understanding of network and security solutions.
  • Track record of managing sales pipelines and consistently meeting sales targets.
  • Experience working with vendors such as HPE, Cisco, or Fortinet.
  • Strong communication skills in Finnish and English.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Espoo, Finland (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Vendor certifications (e.g., HPE, Cisco, Fortinet).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
