What you will do

  • Promote and sell products and services to property developers, architects, and interior designers.
  • Manage product specifications and tendering processes through active outreach.
  • Establish and maintain long-term trustworthy relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Achieve annual sales targets and KPIs defined by the business unit manager.
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide detailed product information.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in sales, marketing, or related disciplines.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service within the building materials industry.
  • Proficiency in reading floor plans and technical specifications.
  • Working knowledge of door hardware and understanding of the installation process.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Location: Must be based in Hong Kong.

Nice to have

  • Experience specifically within the ironmongery industry.
  • Well-established network of connections with architects and interior designers.
  • Immediate availability to start.
